• Pallets are meant for handling, storage & container stuffing of packed goods only.
• Strictly ensure that the load on pallets in uniformly distributed before lifting or moving, according to size of pallet.
• Please ensure that the floor surface is plain & smooth. Handling on improper or rough surfaces will result in breakage of pallets.
• Do not let the shape of pallet deform while using hand pallet truck for movement of goods or loading a container. (In cases when load on pallets in not unified).
• Do not hit pallet edges with hand pallet truck forks, or forklift forks which results in breakage of pallets. Utmost care should be taken while movement of goods on pallets.
• Ensure that forks are fully inserted under the pallets before lifting.
• Do not throw, drop or   drag pallets while transferring them from one place to another.
• Never exceed the maximum load capacity of pallets.
• Pallets are made of thermoplastic polymer. Avoid placing them near fire, heater, strong acids, solvents or any heat liberating equipment.
• Do not push loaded pallet on floor, always ensure proper lifting before moving it.
• Ensure proper wrapping & strapping of goods on pallet & check before stuffing it into the container.
• Do not reuse damaged pallets.
